the shoes

I'm glad I was forced to go into WalMart on Monday! I have returned the beloved Steve Madden shoes (Even if they were a bit tight, I loved them). And have purchased a pair of $14.70 silver sandal heels from WalMart. And they're pretty nice! I mean, they might start hurting in the evening, but they will be great. Especially saving me $105 from the other shoes!

All's well that ends well.

So I didn't have my glasses on when I took these pictures, but here are a few of the newest pages I've made.

I never thought I'd say it but... I LOVE puppies!

My dad n I at the Jack Johnson concert. What a great time! To make the embellishments, I cut some of the circles out of the paper, stamped images on them, and put a cool, clear bubble-sticker ontop.

Also a favourite of mine.. all I can suggest is keep playing around with your paper when you can't figure out what to do. It turns out like this, and I love it!!

I'm at work, and I just realized.... I'm Kind of a CLOSE TALKER. oooooh noooo.

Anyone have any tips on how to correct this horrible habbit!?! I have a feeling I'm making my staff uncomfortable.

Kids say the darnest things

We had a lovely Easter dinner of ham, potatoes, beans and chocolate on Saturday. After everyone was done eating, the kids were up and running around. My sister decided to teach her kids to ask if they can be excused before they get up from the table, telling them it's rude to get up without asking. So, right away, my 3 1/2 year old nephew asks my mom,
'Oma, may I escape now?'
